You are eligible to enroll in SummaCare Secure’s Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plans or Medicare Advantage plan if you currently reside in one of the following counties: Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Sandusky, Stark, Summit, Trumbull Tuscarawas or Wayne county.
